Some time ago, I visited your store and saw a model that I really liked, but now I can't find it. How can I get it? We only offer a limited quantity of each model. As you know they are handmade, so it's possible that we have a very similar hand fan but no exactly the same as the one you saw. This is the reason why we encourage our customers when they like a model, to place their order as soon as possible.
Are your hand fans collector’s models? We have knowledge of customers using our hand fans as exhibition pieces (especially our selection of “unique pieces”) as well as giving them a daily use.

Do your hand fans require a lot of care? Our fans are artisan pieces, although they are tough it’s recommended to give then the correct care so you can enjoy them for years. You shouldn’t forget that they are hand made objects, not industrial pieces.
Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely, and at no additional cost. We’ll be glad to prepare your order to shine even more. You just have to indicate it in the final steps of the shopping process.
Does elAbanico.com charge for shipments? Yes, we charge a very competitive rate for shipping and handling, allowing you to choose between two different methods (depending on destination).

How long does my order take to arrive?
It depends on destination and the chosen method of payment. Have a look at the rates and delivery dates table. We have chosen Correos y Telegrafos as our shipping company due to its reputation, outstanding effectiveness, and it’s more than 10.101 customer service facilities, always using their registered shipments.

What happens if once received, I don’t like the good? We put every effort for your complete satisfaction, that’s why you have 7 days after the arrival of the products to send them us back (always in perfect condition). On this situation you must pay shipping costs as well as the administrative costs or of any kind generated by your return. To send backa product it’s absolutely necessary to previously inform us by our contact page and have received our approval to process the return. Shipping costs for an eventual second delivery will be at your cost.
And, if my order arrives damaged? Get in touch with us as soon a possible trough our contact page to find a fast solution to your problem, indicate your order code, your data, and a detailed description of the problem to be solved. We ask you to understand that we can’t and we don’t accept any complaint 24 hours after the arrival of the order.
I want to make a present; can you send it on my behalf? Yes, with pleasure. The only thing to have in mind is that the method of payment must be bank transfer or deposit in account. Please indicate that it is a gift during checkout so we don’t include the receipt and send it to you by email instead.
Can I add a short note with my order? The answer is yes, and at no additional cost. During the shipping process you’ll have the opportunity of writing a short text to be printed on a card sent with your order. This is very useful, especially when making a present.

To which bank and account should the bank transfer/deposit be made? To Spanish bank La Caixa. The account number as well as the bank codes (IBAN, BIC, SWIFT) are given at the end of the shopping process and are received by the customer on an email. If for any reason you have lost them, contact us and we’ll send them to you again.
